Wat je gaat doen:
The role of Demand Planner at this company is very diverse. There are three key result areas and activiteis. First of all the Demand Planner owns and manages the forecast. Next to that the POS and shipment forecast. Last but not least you are responsible for reporting en analysis. Within these responsibilities you can think of the following activities:
- Provide Executive Management, Marketing, and Product Development with actionable market information to refine brand strategies and execution at retail.
- Compile and evaluate a market-based and event-driven forecast for in-line products, new products, business development and market assessment.
- Report and monitor media impact on POS at retail on a weekly basis.
- Partner with internal customers such as product commercial/marketing, finance, brand management, sales, and customer marketing to collaborate on forecast recommendations or exit strategies.
- Maintain cross reference tables that link retailer data cleanly with data for smooth, accurate reporting.
Support model creation for annual volume budget process as needed for customer marketing teams
Wat we vragen:
Education and experience needed to be succesfull as a Demand Planner:
- Dutch AND English on a professional level is required.
- 5+ Years? experience in Supply Chain, sales analysis, Modular Analysis, and Inventory Replenishment.
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Analytics.
- Knowledge of SAP APO, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Analytical ability to translate complex data into concise business issues/opportunities.
Self-Motivated individual with the ability to sustain a consistent High Level of service across all relevant departments.

The role of Demand Planner is, due to the quick growth of the company, a new and very demanding role. The Headquarters of EMEA is based in Bodegraven. Because of a couple of succesfully and newly introduced products the client base in the EMEA region is quadrupled in a very short time. This is why the owner and director made the call too quickly expand an fully equip and staff the company here in the Netherlands. Because of the quickly expanding market they have to improve their supply chain and that is one of the reasons why they now have the position of Demand Planner vacant.
