Monday morning you arrive at work with fresh energy from the weekend. You get your coffee/tea and are ready to start the meeting. Last week you worked on a PowerBI Dashboard with a focus on customer retention. You explain the different variables and the points of improvement you identified. These points of improvement will be your focus point for the coming week. You plan how to include different departments and visit each one to discuss what they might see as a solution. You know how to manage stakeholders and as such quickly arrive at a plan of action. You turn it into a project and include the different departments in your plans. Together you make a design for the new Dashboard that will give more actionable insights for the business.

Your role at the company will be divided between Data Analytics, Product Ownership and Project Management. You will be the first to work within the team with a strong data focus. As such you will be responsible and take ownership over BI tools and create new projects to improve your actionable insights. Within the company there are data teams available, so there is room to learn from more senior colleagues. It?s your goal to get a clear insight in the feedback of customers. The company is looking to improve their service based on the feedback collected. You will be the first one to have this position within the company. This creates great opportunities to grow within the company and as a data professional.

You are experienced in project management and have great communications skills. You can easily make connections with different stakeholders and departments. You are proactive and love to use your skills as an entrepreneur to improve insights and business processes. You care deeply for the environment and play an active role in improving your surroundings. You are looking to grow as an individual and as a professional. Beside that you possess:1-year experience with Power BIKnowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)MSc or similar years in working experienceFluent in English (spoken and written)You care deeply about the environment and take active steps to improve it
